Dear Paresh,

Please submit following documents for claiming rebate in respect of supplies to SEZ:

* Original & Duplicate ARE-1 duly endorsed by Custom Officer/Authorised Officer in SEZ.

* Copy of Bill of Exports.

* Disclaimer certificate from Buyer in SEZ that he has / shall not avail benefit of Duty Drawback.

* Duty Payment evidence i.e. CENVAT Register Entry.

Dear Sir,

There is some combustion in my mind i have already purchase duty paid import material.

We have sold to SEZ customer with duty charge invoice.

In that transaction '"Bill of Export" document mandatory required for Rebate Claim ?

If customer not provided "Bill of Export" hence rebate claim is passed in Excise Dept ?

Please advice me.

Regards

Paresh Vasava
