Dear Members, Please suggest whether Sec.271 of Companies Act 2013 has been notified or not? If I suppose to issue notice for winding up of a company then which sec. would be applicable whether it is Sec.271 of Companies Act 2013 or Sec.433 and 434 of Companies Act 1956.
