removal of goods for dock stuffing for export, Central Excise

Dear Sir

Please note that we would like to export goods from dock stuffing under UT-1 for which what is the procedure to be adopted, Please clarify vide related rules/notification etc.

Plz note that since we do not have stuffing permission, therefore we would like to export the goods as dock stuffing, hence plz inform rules, procedure etc .
