Export value declaration, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Hi,

In export value declaration form, there are Rules from 3 to 8. Can anyone please help me with significance of these rules and as an fabric exporter which rule I should opt.

In normal course, you may opt for Rule 3 which enumerates transaction value. Otherwise, in any other case you can choose 4 to 7 subject to dealing with related parties.
