ESI limit exemption limit ₹ 21000/- applicability, Other Topics

Dear all,

Recently ESI released notificaiton and increased the limit to ₹ 21000/- w.e.f 1.10.16. But due to G. O not released last month old rates existing now. When this new limit come into force?
