Please let me know whether there is benefit under MEIS for deemed export under form H

Dear Friend,

In my view, the answer for your query is "NO".

For Deemed exports, certain benefits are available under Chapter 8 of FTP and you may please refer Para 7.03 for such list of benefits.

With regard to eligibility of MEIS, it is available only for the direct exports including clearances to SEZ which are treated as physical exports.
