dear sir,

we are at startup level. we want to export our product (specially at bangladesh).

we want to know the detailed legal procedures about this. we already registered at dgft office.

please give us information.

Please refer to Chapters 7 & 8 of CBEC's Excise Manual for detailed procedure regarding export without payment of duty and under claim of rebate. It is available in TMI web site of www.cbec.gov.in under central excise tab.
