Sir.. yesterday I won a lucky draw in a shopping mall. The prize is a car worth amounting ₹ 7.4 Lakhs.

I would like to know.. what are the taxes.. I will have to pay? (To get the prize)

Sir/Madam,

GST would have been paid by the car manufacturer. Winning a price in sales promotion event cannot be considered as supply of service. Therefore, in my opinion there is no question of paying gst on the car by the winner.
