CENVAT TRANITIONAL Credit, Central Excise

Hi,

With regards to transitional credit of Central Excise and Service Tax, while filing GST TRAN-1, we are receivng an error stating "INVALID CENTRAL EXCISE/SERVICE TAX REG NUMBER". However the numbers entered by us are correct and the same are entered at the time of Migration to GST.

Kindly help us to resolve the same. Below are our details

GSTIN : 37AACCS5360A1ZO

Excise Reg : AACCS5360AXM001

Service Tax Reg : AACCS5360AST001

CHECK THE NUMBER AND NAME APPEARING IN THE ST RETURNS FILED EARLIER.. IF THEY MATCH, THEN GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR NEAREST WARD.. COS OF ERRORS IN SITE, THEY ARE ACCEPTING HANDWRITTEN TRANS1 TOO IN SOME PLACES

Which table in GST trans-1 are you coming across with error. Pls specify or attach screenshot.
