GST -Provisional User Id -Deactivation/Cancellation

  • Contents

This is an issue of User Id Cancellation/de-activation from accessing of GST Common Portal.

It has been seen that some of the companies/traders/vendors/enterprises might not in a position to submit the REG-26 Form for the migration purpose.

In the consequence, those owners/representatives of the firms are not in a position to submit further monthly returns like, GSTR-1, 2,, & 3, 3B,. etc. due to the None-availability of access to the GST portal for submission of taxes which were/are due .

In this context, I would like to draw the attention of the FORUM members to discuss on this issue, and raise it to the GST Commissioner's meeting of Govt of India, the Pros & Cons of the cancellation of User Id., to the GST Common Portal.

In my opinion, : "The cancellation of "Provisional Id" to the GST Portal is not fetching any benefit to the Govt. rather it results to a financial loss to that occurs due to the inability of submission of GST in the due course of time by the Firms/Enterprises/companies."

My submission to the forum id : "Abolish the present ruling of Cancelling of the User Id " & " To retain the User Id & insist & request the Firms/Companies for submission of REG-26 for Migration to the GST" .
