Dear Sir,

In our view, questions are just questions, whether general in nature or specific. There are people in our country who are not very verse in Tax Matters, Legal System of our country and are not much aware about laws of our country, they always need somebody who can guide them and reply to their questions/queries and clear the doubts on such matters. In our view, we should help them out and guide them to clear their doubts to the extent possible. Being Professionals it is our moral as well as professional duty to support our countrymen for the betterment of their knowledge enrichment and making our country ATMANIRBHAR by helping each other.

Jai Hind.

M/S.Yagay and Sun, Sir, I agree with you in toto. I appreciate your spirit for imparting guidance to the assessee/visitors of TMI. Sh.Bharat Cholleti has visited TMI for many times in a very decent way. Peruse his past queries. This time he posted his query in a casual manner. He should have elaborated his query on his own and in a polite way so that our colleagues (experts) should not feel hurt.

Dear Sir,

Through the above question, as raised by the querist, in our view no body should feel hurt, as it was not marked to nobody, whether such question/query was raised in professional manner or casual manner, it does not matter, However, it does matter, how we calmly apply our knowledge to understand the substance of the question so raised and revert accordingly. However, if any expert is willing to give answer, then he/she is free to give answer as there is no compulsion of this website. It is due to our willingness, we do provide replies for a win-win situation as we get issues and provide replies to enrich our knowledge etc. and the querist got the replies to sort out their issues/problem.

As an experts, we should not be egoist at all. I have read in a book that even the silliest questions need the Smart Answers.

Regards and Jai Hind to all experts.

YAGAY and SUN
