Payment of customs duty along with interest under advance license for shortfall in exports obligations, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Experts,

We've to make payment of customs duty along with interest on account of duty saved under an advance license due to a shortfall in an export obligation related to the financial year 2005-06. During that year, our IEC was registered in Delhi and now since long time it has been transferred to Mumbai customs.

We need your guidance in making the payment of this duty & interest.
1. Which authority (account) this payment needs to be done? If possible plz provide the challan format along with account details to which payment needs to be done.
2. Can we make an online payment or only through DD/pay order? If possible, plz share the link for payment.

1.Duty with interest on short Export Obligation need to be paid to Customs account and the port at which advance licence was registered.

Soft copy of TR-6 challan with custom duty Major head- 037 is available online.

2.Duty will be paid through DD/Pay order and you will have to contact concerned Customs Commissionerate for name and address of payee.
