[Mac Rim]

Related to ITC can we filled return for which I paid GST for the product which I bought from auction.

The product were not consumed by me however it was reseller.

Resale is covered under Section 7 1(a) of CGST Act. Refer to the phrases   'all  forms of supply', ''disposal made or agreed to be made"  "ïn the course of business or furtherance of business ''.
