Input of VAT on Furnace, VAT + CST

pls suggest that can we avial the vat inputs on furnance oil if charged @4%. if we can avial then pls refer circular no. if any.

If your query is relatd to VAT, you are advised to please consult the vat consultant in your state since, the VAT issue may be different from one state to another.
