Rate of sales tax on raw fan blades, VAT + CST

Dear all , Can anybody clarify the rate of sales tax on raw fan blades without paint on local sales in delhi and what about central sales ? Whether it is 12.5 % in local and 2 % in Central with 'c'form or without 'c' form ? Thanks to all BAL KRISHAN GARG

You can get the clarification from DVAT Department under Section 84 of DVAT in prescribed form DVAT-42 on payment of fee of Rs. 500/-
