New Form No. 16A, Income Tax

I Would like to know as to what CIT Address Details, City & Pin Code are required to be keyed in the required cell in Form No. 16A for Companies registered in Gurgaon. Like for Delhi the Address Details are "THE CIT AAYAKAR BHAWAN UDAY PARK 4TH FLOOR LAXMI NAGAR DISTRICT CENTRE, NEW DELHI 110092. I cannot figure out for Gurgaon
