Your querry is not clear, perhaps.
It seems you are asking for additional of New Services in the existing Registration Certificate. You have to made an application in ST-1 and have to surrender the existing Original Service Tax Registration Certificate. You will be in receipt of the New Registration No within 15 days from the date of application.
