we are ssi refractory unit .

We are availing thenotification, no. 8/2003 CE. Is our sale is Exempted upto 150 lacs in f.y.2010-11?

Ceramic tiles are not eligible to exemption under 8/2003-CE.

Other refractory items are exemptd upto 150 lakhs in the current financial year, provided the turnover was within 4 crores in the previous financial year.
