Office Address Changes in Sale Tax , VAT + CST

I wanted to change the my Office Address changes in Sales Tax Record. My old office address was jalgaon and I have shiffte the office in Mumbai. So that I wanted to change my office in Sales Tax Recoed. Please tell us about the process.
