rbi approval, Banking - Finance

dear sir,

 

 1.we have our own trust.indian and NRIs to invest to our trust.Is it require RBI Approval for this transaction.

 

2. We gave registered application FCRA in online .Local vigilence office came and inspect the documents

    how much time will get for FCRA number

Dear Ashok

It will take atleast 6 months to process the same.No seperate RBI permission is required. FCRA is enough to get donation from NRI etc.,
