about query of turnover ., Central Excise

Respected Sir,

                          You guided me well in the query of imported goods,just I want to ask that the credit u are telling of taking 100% of addl.duty is valied for the ssi exemption or any excisable unit, as we are an excisable unit & not availing the ssi exemption

You may avail the 100% CENVAT credit on the SAD portion.
