I NEED TO KNOW,ABT THE LAND WHICH IS AT NAGPUR-DISTRICT , TAHSIL HINGANA,AND MAUZA -WADDHAMNA,PURCHASED 40 YRS BACK AS AGRICULTURE LAND,THE SAME LAND WILL COME UNDER AS AGRICULTURE LAND OR NOT? IF YES -THAN HOW AND IF NO THAN WHY NOT IN DETAILS.AND IF ITS COMING UNDER YELLOW ZONE THAN HOW TAX WILL BE CALCULATED,AND WHAT IS CURRENT READY RECNOR RATE IN THAT AREA ?

You have to verify with the State Government Municipal authorities. If the said land is mentioned agricultural land in the records of the State Government then it is a agricultural land.
