Please check the para 5.7 and  5.8 of the HBP VOL.1 in this regard.

For fulfillment of export obligation, first you have to check your  licence that how much Average  export and Export obligation is imposed on the Condition sheet/ Licence body.

After Installation of the capital goods you have to start your export under the EPCG Licence.

For fulfillment of E.O. you have  to do all export under the EPCG Licence No i.e. your all shipping bill must showing  the EPCG Licence No

You have to do this process till your average export plus E.O. is not fulfilled.

After comletion of export obligation you have to file application to concerned DGFT in AFF-5B along with Installation certificate, shipping bill, BRC etc.

Hope  matter will be clear.
