Whether service tax chargeable on publishing services, editorial services and content development and management services in respect of publishing of books & journals ?

Development and supply of contents publishing of books & journals are not taxable service at present. However some services like services in relation to advertising in books & journals etc. may be taxable. Therefore all the facts and circumstances should be analyzed carefully.
