RMC -Ready mix concrete , Central Excise

[SHARANAGOUDA SANGANAGOUDA]

Dear sir,

For 2013-14  any excise duty on RMC-(Ready mix concrte) is exempted form excise duty  tax ( they are charging 2.06%) and what are the slabs in excise duty? because 12.36% also is a excise duty. Kindly clarify it.
