we are N.G.O. registerd under co-operativ society. we are rgisterd with service tax department and raising our services bill in qtr. basis. we have to deposit our service tax monthly or qtrly. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
service tax is applicable on total collection of your service bill,
if you are receive payment month wise then you have to pay s.tax month wise otherwise its quaterly .
as per FAQ dated 05-02-2009, the service tax is to be deposited on a monthly basis.
