Sugar Leviable under the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958) Sugar that much quantity of Sugar depatched from any factory for consumption in India, as is equal to the quantity falling short of the export quota fixed for that factory. Rs. 45.55 per quintal
