Note-2: CIF value of input item Sl.No-5 shall not exceed 5% of total CIF value of the Authorisation. iii. Note-3: CIF value of input item Sl.No-6 shall not exceed 3% of total CIF value of the Authorisation. iv. Note-4: CIF value of input item Sl.No-7 shall not exceed 2% of total CIF value of the Authorisation. v. Note-5: Input item Sl. Nos 2, 3 and 4 are subjected to actual user condition. ] ************ Notes:- 1. AMENDMENTS/CORRECTIONS IN SION E-1 FOOD PRODUCTS VIDE PUBLIC NOTICE No. 84/2009-14 DATED: 23rd JULY'2010. Further Revises vide Public Notice No. 94 (Re-2010)/2009-14, dated 01/02/2012, before it was read as:- E1 Assorted Confectionery 100 kg 1 a) Sugar or 66.0 Kg. b) Starch / Modified Starch/ Gelatin 66.0 Kgs. 2 Intense Sweeteners* any one of the following:- (i) Saccharin Sodium Or 300 Gms. (ii) Aspertame (Methyl Ester) Or 1.0 Kg (iii) Acesuflame 350 Gms. 3 Liquid Glucose/Fruit Concentrate (Fruit concentrate maximum limit should be 15 Kgs) Or 28.0 Kg. Liquid Glucose/Cocoa (Cocoa maximum limit should be 10 Kgs) 28.0 Kg 4 Citric Acid/Tartaric Acid/Malic Acid (Food Grade) (Items as per PFA Act 1955) 3.0 Kg. 5 (i) Essential Oils 500 Gms 5 (ii) Food Colours 10 Gms 5 (iii) Flavours 100 Gms 6 Emulsifiers/Glazing Agents/Binders/Thickners (Items as per PFA Act 1955) 100 Gms 7 Stabilizing Agent/Lubricants (Food Grade) 50 Gms Note : (1) While the item 1(a) shall not be permitted for export of Sugar Free Confectionery, item 1(b) and Item 2 shall be permitted for the manufacture of Sugar Free Confectionery. (2) Import of Saffron as Flavour shall be allowed for 100 Gms against export of 100 Kgs of Assorted Confectionery subject to the condition that the quantity of Saffron is actually used in the export product is mentioned in the Shipping Bills, subject to upper limit of 1 Gm of Saffron against 1 Kg of export product. This shall be applicable on the exports made w.e.f. 25.4.2007. 1 (3) Import item at Sl. No. 1, 2 3 shall be allowed with actual user condition with accountability of actual use on the export side. 2.
