I see that the intent of the law maker is not to tax the Body Corporate for payment of taxes on RCM basis towards the expenses incurred on Employee Transportation, rather to tax upon the renting of motor vehicles alone. However, this scenario of Renting activity exists very rare occasion for a compliance due to non-existence of such contract for the Body Corporate.
