It is submitted that the CIRP proceedings were initiated against the corporate debtor i.e. Bhandari Deepak Industries Pvt. Ltd. on 19.11.2019 when CP (IB) No.269/Chd/HP/2019 was admitted and IRP was appointed to conduct the CIRP.
