Initiation of CIRP - Insufficiently stamped documents - admissible evidence or not - The decision of the Adjudicating Authority that Corporate Debtor has committed default is not vitiated which was fully supported by the materials on record even if Facility Agreement dated 22nd May, 2013 and 19th August, 2013 are ignored.
