Inadvertent typing error in Company Petition - Held that - The above paragraph in the order dated 02.12.2015, passed in Company Petition No. 415 of 2015, shall now read as under Notice of the hearing of the petition on the Regional Director shall be served, at least ten days before the date of the hearing so fixed. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.
