The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Bangalore directed the Registry to explain a default in conducting scrutiny of a file and ordered the matter regarding grant of cenvat credit on outward transport issues to be reconsidered by the Division Bench due to a pending judgment from the High Court of Karnataka.
