2017 (9) TMI 1677 - SC - Companies LawDenial of natural justice - absence of any show cause to appellant - Held that - It is stated by learned counsel for the parties that the matter is already pending before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and it is listed on 10th October, 2017. In view of the above and particularly the decision taken by the SEBI on 09.08.2017, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner(s) to raise all issues before the NCLT.
