Applicant seeks modification of the order dated 15-11-2007 by which, prayer for complete waiver of the amount of tax etc. was rejected and the applicant was directed to deposit 50% of the amount held that a subsequent order by a collateral Bench cannot be a ground for recall/modification of the order moreover, applicant had filed Writ Petition challenging the order dated 15-11-2007 in the HC which they later withdrew application for modification of order is dismissed
