The Supreme Court declined to entertain a special leave petition stemming from a High Court Division Bench order, which originated from an interim order by the Learned Single Judge. The Court emphasized the need for expeditious resolution, urging the Single Judge to conclude the matter by the end of February 2021. Parties were granted two weeks to finalize pleadings. The Single Judge was specifically instructed to handle the case daily, especially due to concerns over one party allegedly receiving a substantial amount without proper accountability. Importantly, all issues were left open for determination by the Single Judge. The special leave petition was disposed of accordingly, with any pending applications also being resolved.
