The Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, heard an appeal filed by 'BPTP Spacio Park Serene Flat Allottees Welfare Association' against an order dated 14.11.2022 in C.P. (IB) No. 1316 of 2019. Another appeal by Sudhanshu Tripathi was allowed, rendering the first appeal infructuous. The Appellant has the liberty to revive the appeal if the order does not survive. The appeal is disposed of.
