Clause 55 - Amendment of section 3. - Finance Bill, 2011

55. In section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975.) (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), in sub-section (2), in the proviso, in clause (a), for the words and figures Standards of Weights and Measures Act, 1976 , (60 of 1976) the words and figures Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (1of 2010.) shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of March, 2011.
