Regulation 1 - Short title and commencement - Shipping Bill for Aircraft Spares Ex-bond Regulations, 1975

C.B.E. C. Notification No. 41-Cus., dated 24th May, 1975 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, namely :— 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These regulations may be called the Shipping Bill for Aircraft Spares Ex-bond Regulations, 1975. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
