Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Appellate Tribunal For Foreign Exchange (Recruitment, Salary & Allowances & Other Conditions of Service Of Chairperson & Members) Rules, 2000

G.S.R. 677(E), dated 28-8-2000 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the recruitment, salary and allowances and other conditions of service of the person appointed as Chairperson or Members of the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, namely :— Short title and commencement. 1. (1) These rules may be called the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange (Recruitment, Salary and Allowances and Other Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2000. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
