Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Customs (Furnishing of Information) Rules, 2017

New Delhi, the 14 December, 2017 G.S.R. 1512 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 108A read with section 156 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely:- 1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Customs (Furnishing of Information) Rules, 2017 (2) They shall come into force from the 1st day of January, 2018.
