(1) The issuer shall, before the opening of the subscription list, deposit with the designated stock exchange, an amount calculated at the rate of one per cent. of the issue size in the manner specified by the Board and/or stock exchange(s). (2) The amount specified in sub-regulation (1) shall be refundable or forfeitable in the manner specified by the Board.
