Registration to existing 1 [collective investment scheme] 72. (1) An existing Collective Investment Scheme which satisfies the Board that the requirements specified in regulation 9 and the conditions specified under regulation 71 have been fulfilled, shall be granted a certificate of registration under regulation 10 upon payment of registration fees as specified in paragraph 2 of the Second Schedule and on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Board.
