Omitted vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/08 dated 04-02-2021 w.e.f. 30th day from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, that is 04-02-2021 before it was read as, (2) Every mutual fund which has previously entered into agreements with a recognised stock exchange to list units of its schemes shall execute a fresh listing agreement with such stock exchange within six months of the date of notification of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 . 3. Substituted vide Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/134 dated 26-06-2023 w.e.f. 01-01-2024 before it was read as, (1) Every mutual fund desirous of listing units of its schemes on a recognised stock exchange shall execute an agreement with such stock exchange.
