(1) The Board on being satisfied that the sub-broker is eligible, shall grant a certificate in Form E to the sub-broker and send an intimation to that effect to the stock exchange or stock exchanges, as the case may be. (2) The Board may grant a certificate of registration to the applicant subject to the terms and conditions 1 [laid down in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 12A].
