New Delhi, the 8th August, 2022 G.S.R. 621(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (ab) of sub-section (2) of section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These regulations may be called as the Passenger Name Record Information Regulations, 2022. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
