Section 38 - Amendment of section 53A - Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023

Amendment of section 53A. 38 . In section 53A of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), for the words, brackets and figures sub-sections (2) and (6) of section 26 , the words, brackets, figures and letter sub-section (6) of section 6, sub-sections (2), (2A), (6) and (9) of section 26 shall be substituted. **************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 10th day of September, 2024 vide Notification No. S.O. 3846(E) dated 09-09-2024
