Amendment of section 53B. 39 . In section 53B, in sub-section (2), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided further that no appeal by a person, who is required to pay any amount in terms of an order of the Commission, shall be entertained by the Appellate Tribunal unless the appellant has deposited twenty-five per cent. of that amount in the manner as directed by the Appellate Tribunal. . *********** Notes:- 1.
