Article 3 - Omission of Article 32-A - Constitution (43rd Amendment) Act, 1977

Omission of Article 32-A . 3. (1) Article 32-A of the Constitution shall be omitted . (2) Any proceedings pending before the Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution immediately before the commencement of this Act may be dealt with by the Supreme Court as if the said Article 32-A had been omitted with effect on and from the 1st day of February, 1977.
