Amendment of Article 19 . 2. In Article 19 of the Constitution, ( a ) in clause (2), after the words in the interests of , the words the sovereignty and integrity of India , shall be inserted ; ( b ) in clauses (3) and (4), after the words in the interests of , the words the sovereignty and integrity of India or shall be inserted .
